Step 1
Stalk & Consult

I always begin with a nice internet stalking session of my client. I can plan better strategies when I know their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. 

We have a sit down and I go through a detailed questionnaire; designed to reach the core of their wants, needs, capabilities, and obstacles. 

Step 2
Analyze & Plan

I cozy up to all available data and hit it hard; looking for stories in patterns, fascinating spikes, seasonal dips, behavioral activity, hidden opportunities, and how I can leverage the good and minimize the bad. 

After researching the target audience and direct competition, I get an understanding of the market's climate.

I create a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines the scope of our objectives, target market, unique selling points, actionable campaigns, and an editorial calendar to keep us on track. 

Step 3
Test & Optimize

I closely monitor all SEO, SEM, and SEA data along with the website and social analytics. 

If the data is telling me something is working, I pump up the volume. If the campaign isn't performing, I tweak it to include elements that are supported by the numbers.     

As the campaign runs its course, I extract short and long form content whenever possible. I have an evergreen mind that's always thinking of ways to recycle and refresh content. 


The team sits down and discusses the campaign(s) and brainstorms on how we can improve.

Richard wasn’t looking for marketing help.

One day in 2017, I wrote the Incredible Hypnotist a message and boldly included a customized package of services I believed he needed from me. He was stunned at my proposal and gumption.

 

He bought all of my time for 3+ months.

I spent 40+ hours a week acting as his one-person marketing agency and assisted him with many of the campaigns he references in this sizzle reel.

You may not be familiar with him, so let me break this achievement down so you can understand why my client was blown away by my efforts. 
 

  • Logan Paul has a massive following (his audience matched several of the target market segments I was trying to attract). YouTube: 23.6m followers; Instagram: 37m followers; TikTok: 18.1m followers.

  • I created collaboration materials and media kits; setting my sights on the best of the best to achieve optimal exposure to our target market segments. 

  • I closed collaborations with many heavy hitters in the influencer and media marketing sectors. This particular collaboration generated record-breaking traffic to our website and social accounts. Not to mention, it supplied us with social proofing that you just can’t buy. 

 

Speaking of which, all of these collaborations I secured were of zero cost to my client; minus his and my time of course. We didn’t write one sponsorship check to a magazine, influencer, radio, or television personality. My offers were always supported with data and strategies that made it a win-win collab for all parties.

I have an amazing husband from Stellendam that I met in Florida while working a festivals of speed event for a wealth advisor client.

We have a spunky, brilliant, almost 5-year-old daughter, Isabella. She is the super computer I've been programming the last 4 years and why I pressed pause on taking on new work. 

I was born in New York City and lived in Orlando, Florida most of my life.
